About this work:
The purpose of this work is re-connection with self. It is quiet, deep and spiritual in nature. It’s a stripping away of beliefs, mindsets and patterns that hinder and cloud our experiences. It’s an expansion toward trust, openness and love. It is not for everyone. While not necessary, it’s recommended that you already have a self-reflective spiritual practice and you are open to, and ready for change.

Deeper Connection to Self
The depth of our connection to self influences how we experience our lives, and by extension, the world around us. When this connection is strong, we have little need for external input and validation. Our sense of self, direction, and authority, comes from within. It is the gateway to living authentically, self-regulation, creativity and higher purpose.
An Aligned and Balanced Lifestyle
When we are living in alignment, life flows naturally, opportunities align and we spend more time feeling in balance than out of balance. This requires living in alignment with our values and our vision for ourselves. Once that is achieved, it will be reflected in our lifestyle, both physically and emotionally. Though challenges are an integral part of our journey, when aligned, they can be faced with more fortitude and a stronger sense of trust and grace.
Finding Peace in the Chaos
We are living through a time of massive shifts and changes, both individually and collectively. It can be challenging to navigate the energy that is arising and regulate ourselves in ways that feel supportive. This comes down to making choices by understanding how to self soothe, knowing where and how to direct our energy effectively, and gaining a greater understanding of the overall process of change.
Healing Around Emotional Patterns
Emotional patterning is wired in the subconscious mind. It creates cycles in behavior, responses and circumstances that can keep us stuck and unconsciously creating circumstances in our lives that do not serve us. In order to change these patterns and direct our lives in ways that feel aligned with what we truly want, we need to revisit and repair the original wounds that created the patterning. Once these wounds are acknowledged and healed, we are unburdened and free, no longer operating through the filter of a painful past.
Strengthening Self Worth and Self Trust
Not living in alignment with our self worth is one of the most prevalent factors in limiting our potential. Though we are all innately worthy, what we believe we are worthy of will determine the choices we make for ourselves and what we allow into our experience. A strong sense of self worth aligns us with our high value and truest selves. It keeps us from hiding and staying small, diminishing our value and accepting behaviors (within ourselves and others) that feel compromising. As our sense of worthiness increases, so does our trust in ourselves and the knowledge that we are the ultimate architect of our life experience.
Moving into Your Purpose
What is my purpose? What should I be doing in the world? These are questions we all grapple with at some point in life. The truth is that purpose isn’t as clearly defined as we’d like it to be. Often it’s a culmination of our experiences that reveals itself as we move through life. Our purpose will morph, change and become more refined as we evolve. It may or may not be a job or career, it may or may not look the way we expect. More often that not, it requires us to go in a different direction than our conditioned experience. That being said, it’s typically an identifiable thread that has run throughout our lives and feels most at home in our bodies. It is usually not singular in nature but rather a coming together of many parts of ourselves. Exploring these threads and inclinations helps to clarify how our purpose is shaped in this lifetime.
Intuitive Knowing and Spiritual Alignment
For the person who is more advanced in this work, this is where we cross the bridge from ideas of a self-connected and spiritual existence to actually living in alignment with the higher principles and deeper knowing that we have tapped into. It’s foundation is built on trust, surrender and deep compassion. From this place, we can be free.
